All of our second hand equipment is supplied with a 30-day money back guarantee unless agreed otherwise. New equipment may come with an additional manufacturer warranty. See product pages for details on each item, or read more about our Richmond Promise here.
For UK based customers we deliver used equipment within seven days after cleared payment has been received. International customers should expect a longer wait depending on their location.
The delivery time may vary for new equipment. Where possible the lead time will be displayed on products that are not shipped immediately, or you can send an enquiry to check the lead time on a specific product.
Shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Simply contact us to acquire an accurate delivery charge for your items and we will ensure speedy and secure delivery at a reasonable rate.
Orders over £2000 placed on the website are shipped FOC within the UK.

We regularly source equipment for customers due to our large client base, and therefore if we can’t get our hands on it straight away, it’s not usually long until we can! Much of the used equipment on our website has a condition rating, and we always try to show all angles of the equipment in our photographs. Where possible all equipment will come complete with any manuals and/or software that were originally included. If the equipment doesn’t have its original manual, we will strive to find one for you and include it with your order.
