Description

The combination of the Thermo Scientific UltiMate 3000 UHPLC+ and TSQ Vantage creates a powerful system capable of detecting even the most elusive compounds. This precision instrument is an ideal addition to laboratories focused on quality control, method development, and routine analysis, and is particularly well-suited for industries such as pharmaceuticals, environmental science, and food safety

This configuration includes a TSQ Vantage (high perfomance triple quadrupole mass spectrometer) designed with G2 ion optics to deliver more ions and quardopole mass filters to reduce chemical noise. This impressive machine is highly sensitive and can detect minute targets of molecules.

An RS Autosampler which can be configured in various combinations with three different sample racks.

As well as a zero pulsation, dual-piston Pump with with selectable pressure ranges and flow rate options.

A Column Compartment (CC) which can provide room for up to 12 columns (max length 30cm), and operates at temperatures between +5 °C to +80 °C.

And a Diode Array Detector (DAD), capable of measuring up to eight single wavelengths (2D Data). Two different light sources, a deuterium lamp for ultraviolet detection and a tungsten lamp for visible and near-infrared detection, provide a wavelength detection range from 190 nm to 800 nm.

Also included is a Charged Aerosol Detector for detection of all non-volatile and many semi-volatile analytes.

Additionally there are 2 x Peak Generators, 3 x Vacuum Pumps, a Solvent Rack, PC and Chromeleon 7 Software.
