Description

The Thermo Scientific SORVALL Legend MICRO 17 is a microcentrifuge with a generous capacity for it’s small size. Designed for reliability, durability and user-friendly operation, it is the perfect choice for everyday laboratory use.

Operating at speeds of up to 13,300 rpm, the SORVALL Legend MICRO 17 has a centrifugal force of 17,000 x g, and can accomodate 24 microcentrifuge tubes in a single row. Temperatures can be set between -9°C  to +40°C, a range suited to most laboratory needs. The SORVALL Legend MICRO 17 operates quietly, with noise levels no higher than 56 dB.

Furthermore, the high performance polymer rotor is designed with outstanding chemical resistance to minimise corrosion from aggressive reagents.

This centrifuge comes with a 24 x 1.5/2.0 mL rotor and measures 36 x 23 x 22cm approx.
