Description
The Thermo Nicolet IS10 FTIR offers a range of features designed to deliver reliable and precise performance in laboratory environments. The IS10 uses a HeNe laser, alongside its mid-infrared Ever-Glo and tungsten/halogen sources, to provide dependable wavelength calibration and consistent performance. For detection, the system includes a fast recovery deuterated triglycine sulfate (DTGS) detector as standard. It incorporates a KBr/Ge beam splitter to optimise performance across the mid-infrared range.
The spectrometer utilises a tightly sealed design that effectively resists ambient humidity, maintaining stability and protecting internal components even in challenging laboratory conditions.
