The Thermo GENESYS 50 UV-Vis Spectrometer is a dual-beam model, engineered for routine quality control and precise chemical testing. Markedly, it can operate completely remotely, allowing users to run complex scans, kinetic studies and quantification methods without ever needing an external PC.
Operating across a versatile wavelength range of 190 nm to 1100 nm, and featuring a precise 2 nm spectral bandwidth, this instrument delivers exceptional accuracy, linearity, and repeatability for critical measurements. The spacious, front-access sample compartment easily accommodates standard single cuvettes as well as specialized, single-cell accessories. A full colour, 7″ touchscreen displays results brightly and clearly, and gives the operator full access to programme parameters.
For connectivity, the GENESYS 50 is fully Wi-Fi ready, allowing you to instantly print reports, save custom testing methods, or back up data to the cloud directly from the interface. Robustly built, the GENESYS 50 has a compact footprint, sloped surfaces to divert accidental spills, and a washable sample compartment.
