The Struers LaboPol-30 LaboSystem is a reliable and robust machine designed to grind and polish samples. Featuring a LaboPol-30, a Laboforce-100 and a LaboDoser-100, the Labosystem is made up of a polishing machine, specimen mover and a dosing unit. Used primarily by metallurgists, material scientists and quality control engineers, the LaboSystem is a great addition for anyone looking to prepare samples for microscopic analysis.
Specifications for the Labopol-30 include a speed range of between 50 to 500 rpm, and a disc diameter of 300mm. For added protection, there is a plastic lid to cover the disk when not in use. The LaboForce-100 can move up to six specimens, and the built-in screen allows the user to set parameters, cooling fluids and abrasive suspensions. To protect the user, LaboForce-100 has safety features such as crushing hazard warnings, emergency stops and automatic tube cleaning. Furthermore, an automatic dosing unit – LaboDoser-100 – contains four peristaltic pumps for dosing of lubricants and diamond suspension. Four 500 ml bottles are included.
