Description
The Proflex PCR System is a benchtop thermal cycler designed to multiply segments of DNA or RNA by rapid heating and cooling. Routinely used in forensics, biology and diagnostic testing, the Proflex PCR is a great addition to any lab.
Specifications for the Proflex PCR include a maximum sample throughput of 480,000 reactions, and a maximum block ramp rate of 6°C/sec. Three 32-well blocks allow the user to run three independent experiments simultaneously. Additionally, each block features Veriblock technology, allowing up to two separate temperatures to be set across each of the blocks. This provides a true linear temperature slope and better temperature control. Another advantage of the Proflex PCR is its ability to connect to the cloud, giving the flexibility to directly and securely upload data and monitor runs via PC or mobile.
