POL-EKO CHL ATEX refrigerator range are specialised laboratory refrigerators designed for the safe storage of chemical samples that may create an explosive atmosphere. They are designed in accordance with the requirements of ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, for environments classified as Zone 2. The fridge chamber is made explosion-proof and marked as II 3/- G Ex h IIC T6 Gc/-. The POL-EKO fridge features non-sparking components and explosion-proof construction of the Ex h type, compliant with the EN ISO 80079-36 standard. The chamber construction has been developed to minimize the risk of ignition and explosion, in accordance with the requirements of ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and the relevant harmonized standards.
