Description
The M110P range contain an electric-hydraulic drive that powers a single acting intensifier pump. The product is driven at constant pressure through the interaction chamber, where unique fixed-geometry microchannels accelerate product streams to high velocities. This creates high-shear and impact forces to bring about the desired results.
The Microfluidics 110P-30K fluid processor delivers pressures of up to 30,000 psi (2,068 bar), enabling efficient high-pressure homogenisation across a wide range of applications. The homogeniser processes product at flow rates of up to 100 or 120 mL/min. Operators can control the process system through a 7-inch HMI colour touchscreen, which offers an intuitive interface for setting and monitoring operating parameters. The homogeniser is CE compliant and handles minimum sample sizes of 50 mL, making it suitable for both small-scale development and routine processing.
