The CTS Safetech ST-Alarm-V2R Safety Weighing Cabinet & CTS 600 Fan provide the user maximum protection while working with hazardous substances. Designed specifically for handling and weighing nanoparticles, the cabinet continuously monitors the air conditions in the laboratory to ensure no airflow reaches the user.
Ergonomically designed, the ST-Alarm-V2R has an inclined front, is front opening, and has an armrest, to maximise comfort during long periods of work. Rounded edges along the top and sides—known as flow profiles—help maintain a laminar airflow and prevent the release of hazardous substances.
Additionally, the system triggers an acoustic and visual alarm if the airflow is disrupted. The design features a rear wall (air baffle) with two detachable sections, allowing decontamination without removing or requalifying the scale. The safe change HEPA filter ensures removal of up to 99.97% of airborne particles to create a safe, sterile environment for your experiments. Furthermore, the seperate filter unit avoids vibrations in the cabinet to ensure precise measuring. Internally, the ST-Alarm-V2R has a working space measurement of 148 x 60 x 58 cm.
Externally, the cabinet features high-quality acrylic glass and measures approximately 150 x 100 x 76 cm.
