Description

The GE IN Cell Analyzer 2200 is an automated fluorescent microscope built to analyse live and fixed cells. It employs specific dyes attached to cellular components, illuminates them, and captures the signal using a highly sensitive camera. As a result, its super-fast, widefield imaging system delivers both simple and complex high-throughput assays efficiently and accurately.
To capture these images, the IN Cell Analyzer 2200 employs a scientific-grade CMOS camera. This technology images a two-colour 96-well plate assay in under 2.5 minutes, and a one-colour 1536-well plate assay in under 20 minutes. Moreover, a seven-wavelength solid-state light source and liquid light guide ensure the system counts and records even dim samples. You can utilise a choice of six imaging modes to achieve the most quantitatively accurate images for your sample type. In addition, the IN Cell Analyzer 2200 also features a manual microscope mode, letting you easily adjust and control imaging conditions.
