Snol 13/1100 LED furnace is a high-accuracy electric muffle furnace specifically designed for combustion loss determination. It incorporates integrated balances that monitor the material weight before, during, and after the process, enabling precise measurements and analysis. The control cabinet of the furnace is conveniently positioned at the bottom, ensuring easy and convenient access for operation and control. This furnace utlizes natural air circulation to achieve optimal results during various processes and is compatible with a variety of materials including sediment, sludge, soil, waste, or inorganic materials such as cement, lime, calcinated bauxite, and refractories, firing. With a maximum temperature of 900°C, this furnace is suitable for various applications such as laboratories, educational institutions, ceramic studios, medicine and industrial use.
The Snol furnace is equipped with a non-programmable temperature controller, the Omron E5CC, which enables easy maintenance and precise regulation of the temperature within the furnace. The one-piece vacuum-formed ceramic fiber chamber provides high thermal efficiency and excellent insulation properties. The product offers several upgradable options, including a balances, buzzer, process observation window (o 35 mm) up to 1100 °C, protection against overheating, digital timer and data recorder. The door safety interlock switch ensures safety during handling operations by preventing accidental activation or access to potentially hazardous areas.
