The Scotsman AF103 Ice Flake Machine is a stainless steel flake ice machine. The unit has an integrated storage bunker with ample storage capacity. It features 32 Kg of ice storage and can produce up to 85 kg of flake ice daily. It produces ‘natural’ shaped ice flakes. As such, it is suitable for a wide range of applications where convenient ice generation is required. The unit is designed to keep the interior clean and safe, minimising the risk of contamination.
