Description
The POL-EKO ZL Laboratory Freezer range provides controlled storage for biological materials, chemicals and other temperature-sensitive laboratory samples. Available capacities range from 85 to 310 litres, while operating temperatures extend from 0°C down to -40°C, depending on the model. Customers can choose between ZLN freezers with natural air convection and ZLW models with forced circulation. Natural convection reduces air movement within the chamber, whereas forced circulation improves temperature uniformity and supports faster recovery after the door opens. Forced-air models are particularly useful in busy laboratories where staff access stored materials frequently. Meanwhile, natural-convection versions provide dependable storage for routine applications.
Smart and Smart PRO controllers provide intuitive operation, programmable temperature control and clear monitoring of chamber conditions. In addition, integrated alarms alert users to temperature deviations and other operating issues. The range offers several interior and exterior finishes, including corrosion-resistant stainless steel options, alongside a choice of accessories and configurations. Overall, the ZL range suits long-term sample preservation, plasma storage, pre-freezing procedures and frost-resistance testing of materials such as concrete.
