Description
The POL-EKO SRWP pass-through steriliser range provides a controlled link between clean and non-clean areas. It is well suited to cleanrooms, production lines and laboratory facilities. Available as the SRWP 115 and SRWP 240, the range offers chamber capacities of 149 and 312 litres. Working capacities are 107 and 245 litres respectively. Both models operate from 5°C above ambient temperature to +250°C. Forced air circulation distributes heat evenly throughout the stainless steel chamber, supporting effective hot-air sterilisation and drying.
Solid doors at the front and rear allow materials to enter from one area and leave through the opposite side. The doors lock automatically during a sterilisation programme, helping to protect the process. Furthermore, the ventilation flap closes when the cycle begins. A Smart microprocessor controller with a colour touchscreen manages temperature and programmed cycles. Indicator lights on the rear show the current operating status to personnel on the receiving side. Additional features include an open-door alarm, USB and LAN connectivity, internal data storage and an access port for external sensors. With configurable shelving, housing finishes and optional HEPA filtration available, the SRWP range suits pharmaceutical, medical, research and industrial environments requiring controlled material transfer.
