Description
The POL-EKO ILC CO₂ incubator range provides stable, carefully controlled conditions for growing cell, tissue and embryo cultures. Available with chamber capacities of 182 or 262 litres, the range operates from 5°C above ambient temperature to +50°C. CO₂ levels are adjustable from 0% to 20%, while passive humidification maintains relative humidity between 90% and 95%. A sterilisation-resistant infrared sensor delivers precise CO₂ measurement, while the fanless design reduces air movement and helps minimise contamination and sample dehydration. Consequently, these features make the ILC range well suited to cell biology, microbiology, medical research and pharmaceutical applications.
Contamination control is further supported by a 180°C hot-air sterilisation cycle and a smooth, stainless steel chamber with rounded corners. A solid outer door and internal glass door allow samples to be inspected without significantly disturbing the chamber conditions. The Smart PRO controller features a 7-inch colour touchscreen, programmable operating cycles and visual and audible alarms. LAN, USB and Wi-Fi connectivity also enable data transfer and remote monitoring through LabDesk software. Furthermore, for laboratories with limited space, two ILC incubators can be stacked using the optional adaptor.
