The Merris SpinMix 500 Industrial Mixer is a heavy-duty gyroscopic mixing system. It is designed to reliably and consistently mix paints, coatings, and other industrial materials. To do this it rotates containers on two axes, creating thorough product movement, whilst proving a gentler alternative to shaking. Built around a robust iron frame, the SpinMix 500 remains stable during operation and is engineered specifically for continuous use.

Features of the SpinMix 500 include a fully automated mixing cycle, with automatic speed adjustment depending on container size. As well as an operating speed of between 180 to 380 rpm. Programmable mixing times allow operators to adapt the the process to different materials and applications. Round, square, or oval mixing containers can be accommodated, with a maximum width of 34 cm, and maximum weight of 40 kg. And a handy pull-out bottom shelf assists with the loading and unloading of heavier containers.
