Description

The MultiMACS Cell24 Separator Plus is a semi-automated, magnetic cell separator. It combines high-gradient magnets with specialised Microbeads and MACS columns, to isolate and collect targeted cells with minimum handling. Because the non-toxic, biodegradable beads preserve cellular integrity, the instrument is an ideal addition to labs working in immunology, cancer biology, and stem cell research.

Up to 24 samples can be processed simultaneously using a Multi-24 Column Block, helping laboratories eliminate processing bottlenecks and improve consistency between samples. The system can also accommodate up to 12 individual LS, LD or Whole Blood Columns using the MultiMACS Single-Column Adapter. This flexibility makes it suitable for both high-throughput workflows and larger individual samples. The system supports both positive and untouched cell isolation and can process material from a wide range of sources. These include dissociated tissues, single-cell suspensions, PBMCs, whole blood, buffy coats, LRSCs and Leukopaks.
