Description
The Waters Acquity H-Class UPLC is a state-of -the-art Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography System. It delivers the UPLC’s advanced performance with the flexibility of quaternary solvent blending. Designed with a holistic approach, the system is ideal for routine analysis and method development, supporting both HPLC and UPLC applications, while delivering the enhanced resolution and sensitivity of UPLC separations.
This particular configuration includes a sample manager with flow through needle (SM-FTN), with an injection volume range of 0.1 to 10uL as standard, and up to 100uL with extension loops.
A quaternary solvent manager (QSM), capable of blending up to four solvents in any combination.
As well as a column manager (CM-AUX) which has a column capacity of two columns with a maximum length of 150mm. The temperature range for the column compartment is 4°C to 90°C, settable in 1°C increments.
A photodiode array detector (PDA Detector) with high opticical and digital resolution, a wavelength range of 190 to 500nm and flexible parameter control.
Additionally, there is a sample organiser for keeping your samples at a constant temperature. The organiser can hold a maximum of 7296 samples in nineteen 384-well plates, but capacity can vary based on the types and combinations of plates being used.
