Description
The Thermo Max Q 6000 Incubator Shaker is a stackable, generously sized incubator, with orbital shaking. Designed to promote cell growth by providing a controlled environment with continuous agitation, the Max Q 6000 ensures proper oxygenation and prevents cell settling.
Features of the Max Q 6000 include a temperature range of between 10°C – 80°C, and a speed range of between 15 – 500 rpm. Three bright LED screens display speed, time and temperature, and the control panel is user friendly with a simple design. Operation can be run in continuous or timed modes, from 0.1 hour to 999 hours, or 0.1 minute to 999 minutes. Furthermore, up to 25 x 250 ml flasks can be accommodated, with 2 x height adjustable shelves and a lower platform. For safety, the Max Q 6000 has an over-temperature feature and an interlock which stops the shaking motion when the door is open.
Inner chamber dimensions for the Max Q 6000 are 55.9 x 53.3 x 68.6 cm. Externally, the Max Q 6000 is powder coated with cold-rolled steel construction, and measures 83.8 x 69.8 x 102.8 cm.
