Description
The SafeLab Airone-R Filtration Fume Cupboard is a mid-sized workstation designed to protect the user from gasses or harmful particles. It works by drawing air in and sweeping it up through the chamber, catching anything harmful in its midst, then forcing it through a filter leaving behind only clean air. There is no ducting to connect, allowing you to place the cupboard anywhere in the lab. Ideal for a mulitude of industries, the Airone-R is essential for anyone working with or handling hazardous vapours, solvents or potent compounds.
Features of the Airone-R include a counterweighted sliding front sash window, with a maximum working aperture of 36.5 cm. Constant airflow monitoring gives peace of mind, and the low airflow alarm will sound if any anomalies are detected. The variable air volume function ensures the inflow is steady at each sash height. Large glass side panels let in maximum light and give the user a greater feeling of space whilst working. Integrated lighting further adds to the illumination inside the unit. A digital control system and easy to use control panel enables you to set and control all your parameters. Additionally, four sockets to the front of the unit allow the worker to easily plug in instruments such as hot plates or stirrers.
