The Quattro Flow QF1200CV Fluid System is a compact, multiple-use, quaternary diaphragm pump. Integrated into a single space saving unit, the QF1200CV comprises of a pump chamber, drive, motor and controller. Equipped with four pistons to mimic a human heart, the QF1200CV has a low shear rate, ensuring products are not ruined by high friction or heat. Furthermore, its gentle, low pulsation makes it the ideal solution for transferring delicate, biological substances in applications such as biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Specifications for the QF1200CV include a flow rate of between 10 – 1200 litres an hour, and a maximum pressure of up to 4 bar. The multiple-use, stainless steel plate enables both CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (steam-in-place) and handles high temperatures with ease. Another point to note is the QF1200CV is self-priming and has the ability to run dry without causing damage. Moreover, to prevent the shedding of particles or unwanted heating of the product, the QF1200CV contains no rotating parts inside the chamber.
