Features of the MIR-154 include a temperature range of between -10°C to +60°C, 12-step operation control, and a choice of 24 hr clock function or timer mode. In the event of a temperature anomaly, the incubator will power down the heating function and turn off the compressor. For added safety, the machine automatically turns the alarm function back to on, even if the user forgets to manually do so. Furthermore, if a power cut should occur, programmed data remains stored in the memory, ensuring continued operation when power has been restored. An easy to use keypad and bright LCD screen enhance user friendliness and display all relevent parameters.
