Description
The Netzsch TG 209 F3 Tarsus is a thermogravimetric analysis instrument (TGA), which works by measuring a mass sample over time as the temperature changes. TGA systems like this one are used for quality control of raw materials and failure analysis of finished products. The TG 209 F3 Tarsus is well-suited for a broad spectrum of laboratory work. This includes, but is certainly not limited to, use in pharmaceuticals, along with cosmetics, foods, textiles, and polymers. It’s advanced technology, rapid analysis time and user friendly operation, make the TG 209 F3 Tarsus the perfect addition to your lab or university.
The TG 209 F3 Tarsus is top loading for easy access to samples. It has a temperature range from RT up to 1000°C, a cooling time of approximately 25 minutes, and a heating rate of 0.001 K/min to 200 K/min. Furthermore, the system features a motorised sensor lift for safe and easy handling of the sensor change. For the purpose of allowing users to tailor the system to their specific analysis needs, the interchangeable sensor types include : high volume sample/large masses, high sensitivity and corrosion resistant. The TG 209 F3 Tarsus has a max sample weight/measuring range of 2g.
This TGA measures 58 x 56 x 43cm approx and comes complete with a Julabo CF40 Chiller, PC & Software.
