The Milli-Q IQ 7005 Water Purification System provides a fully integrated laboratory water solution that delivers both Type 1 and Type 2 water. Connected directly to a tap water source, the IQ 7005 actively purifies and filters the supply, to ensure instant access to pure and ultrapure water.
Featuring advanced technology, the IQ 7005 has been fitted with mercury-free UV lamps. These UV lamps are not only safer, but better for the environment, and more energy efficient. A generous 100 litre water tank stores your Type 2 water and maintains it by continuously recirculating it through a bactericidal lamp. Furthermore, dispensing water is easy thanks to the Q-Pod dispensers, which have intuitive touchscreen interfaces. For convenience, these interfaces have key parameters always on screen, keeping you consistently up to date with your water quality.
By placing the water storage tank on the floor and feeding the hoses up to the bench through cable ports, you can free up valuable lab space. Included with this system are two benchtop pod dispensers, however, up to four can be supported. You can also choose the speed in which water dispenses – drip-by-drip or up to 2L/min. In addition, Milli-Q offers an entire range of filters (POD-Paks) which are compatible with the IQ 7005, allowing you to produce water suitable for many different applications.
