Description
The Malvern Zetasizer Nano S is a particle analyser dedicated to measuring size and molecular weight of particles. An extremely reliable machine, the Nano S is ideal for applications in biotech, pharmaceuticals and the food industry.
In terms of performance the Nano S can process a multitude of samples, from nanoparticles to emulsions and macromolecules. Using Non-Invasive Backscatter (NIBS), and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), the Nano S effectively filters out multiple-scattering artifacts and expands the measurable concentration range. This technology also allows the system to measure both dilute and highly concentrated samples without manual dilution, further enhancing throughput. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 90°C, enabling thermal studies, and can analyse particles from 0.3nm to 10 um. The Nano S can also be used as a chromatography detector for on-line size measurement.
