Description
The Ismatec MCP Process ISM915A Peristaltic Pump With Pump Head is a peristaltic pump with an extremely robust drive. As such, it is particularly well-suited for dispensing and filling applications in humid, dusty or corrosive environments, as well as clean rooms.
In addition, the ISM915A’s stainless steel housing, membrane key-pad and LED display, make it user-friendly and easy to maintain. Programs can be executed independently of a PC, and up to four individual application parameters can be saved for repeat use. Moreover, a bayonet coupling system allows for quick system changes without the need for tools. The speed is adjustable, ranging from 1 to 240 rpm, offering flexibility for various applications.
Furthermore, the ISM915A comes equipped with a Pro-380 pump head (model ISM791A). This pump head supports flow rates between 0.45 and 3400 mL/min. It features three stainless steel rollers and is designed for use with tubing that has a 1.6 mm wall thickness. The maximum differential pressure is 1.5 bar (22 psi), ensuring efficient performance under demanding conditions.
Additionally, an RS232 interface, allows the device to be controlled remotley.
Finally, measurements for the pump are 32 x 16 x 31cm approximately.
