Description
The IKA RW 28 D Overhead Stirrer is a powerful mechanical laboratory stirrer designed to mix highly viscous materials. Robust enough for intensive mixing in labs and pilot plants, the RW 28 D can mix quantities up to 80 L.
Features of the RW 28 D include an infinitely adjustable speed range of between 60 – 1400 rpm. A digital speed display, enables you to see the operating speed clearly and easily, and also displays error codes. The push-through agitator shaft allows you to quickly adjust the height of the impeller whilst improving stability. For safety, an overload protection function automatically stops the motor when it detects excessive torque, high viscosity or a jam. Another feature of the RW 28 D is its quiet operation, producing only 62.5 dB when run without an element.
