Description
The Endosafe PTS Portable Test System is a convenient, handheld spectrophotometer. Using disposable cartridges, the test system conducts a kinetic chromogenic assay to measure endotoxin concentrations in a sample. The reader automatically draws the sample into microchannels, where it is mixed with the necessary reagents. Each cartridge includes a built-in control sample for validation. Results are available in approximately 15 minutes.
On a full charge, the Endosafe PTS has a battery life of between 6 – 8 hours. Results can be exported efficiently through the RS232 interface or alternatively, up to 100 results can be stored on the device itself.
The Endosafe PTS measures 26 x 13 x 24 cm approximately. Please note this system does not come supplied with cartridges.
