The Dionex UltiMate 3000 UHPLC System is an ultra high performance liquid chromatography system designed to separate and analyse molecules. Applications for this system include pharmaceutical analysis, biotechnology, and environmental monitoring, among many others.
This configuration includes –
Two RSL Cnano Pumps (NCP-3200RS), for ultra-low flow rates down to 20nL/min. The RSL Cnano is a comprehensive system with an integrated ternary micro pump, to enable sample pre-concentration and multidimensional workflows. One autosampler (WPS-3000TFC) and one rapid separation autosampler (WPS-3000TPL RS) offer injection volume precision below 0.3% and rapid injection cycles under thirty seconds. A variable wavelength detector (VWD-3100) gives precise multi-wavelength monitoring across a wide spectral range. With a wavelength range of between 190 nm and 900nm, the VWD-3100 covers both ultraviolet and visible spectrums. The maximum data collection rate for this model is 100 Hz. And a rapid separation column compartment (TCC-3000RS) enables the use of high column temperatures up to 110°C. This RS model also features post column cooling, minimising baseline drift and noise, and preventing sample degradation.
Also included with this system are two solvent racks, each one holding up to sixteen 0.5L reservoirs.
