Description
The Claind Brezza Nigen LCMS 40.1 Nitrogen Generator is used for producing nitrogen gas on-site, elliminating the need for gas cylinder deliveries. Designed to support up to four LCMS analysers, the 40.1 is equipped with a built-in oil compressor and produces minimal noise levels due to its sound-proofing and anti-vibration qualities.
Features of the Nigen 40.1 include a strong nitrogen flow of 38 Nl/min ±10%. An adjustable outlet pressure from 0 to 7 bar (0–100 psi ±3%), allowing flexibility for different lab needs. Input pressures of 8.5 to 10 bar (120–145 psi), making it easy to connect to standard lab air systems. And the generator uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) with molecular sieves, to produce high-purity nitrogen—up to 99.9%. This ensures reliable and accurate performance for sensitive LCMS applications. The Nigen 40.1 measures 122 x 45 x 130 cm approximately.
