Description
The Agilent 1290 HPLC System is a versatile, powerful, high performance liquid chromatography system. It delivers fast, sensitive and reproducible liquid chromatography for demanding analytical applications. Ideal for laboratories working in method development, quality control and routine analysis, the 1290 is an essential tool in pharmaceuticals, food safety and environmental science.
This configuration includes –
A binary pump (G4220A) which provides precise high-pressure solvent delivery and accurate gradient formation. An autosampler (G4226A) to introduce samples automatically, helping laboratories improve throughput while reducing manual handling. A thermostatted column compartment (G1316C) to maintain a stable column temperature throughout each analysis. This precise control supports consistent separation performance and makes it easier to reproduce methods between sample batches. And a diode array detector (G4212A) to record absorbance across multiple wavelengths. Users can therefore collect spectral information, assess peak purity and help identify individual compounds.
Also included is a bottle tray to keep mobile-phase containers organised above the system while collecting potential leaks for safer operation.
