The A&D BM-20 Micro Balance is a high performance, six decimal place, weighing instrument. Featuring a built-in fanless ionizer, the BM-20 neutralises static charge without disturbing even the finest of powders. This technology ensures precise results with even the most sensitive measurements.
Specifications for the BM-20 include a generous capacity of 22 g, a readability of 0.001 mg, and a repeatability of 0.0025 mg. Stabilisation time when set to FAST mode is approximately ten seconds. To remove static from samples, simply hold the sample in front of the ionizer for two seconds. Antistatic glass panes further reduce outside static, such as charged clothing. An internal weight controls sensitivity adjustment with just one key press, making sure the balance remains accurate. For security, the BM-20 has password protection to prevent unwanted users from access. Furthermore, up to 200 weighing results can be stored without the need of an external memory device. To transfer data to PC, a USB port and RS-232C are located to the back of the balance.
Please note – this balance is an ex-display model so has minimal wear.
