The Silverson L4R Lab Mixer Emulsifier is a versatile and widely used heavy duty laboratory mixer. It’s trusted for its performance across multiple applications, including quality control, research and development, small-batch production, and general lab use. The mixer is suitable for a range of uses including emulsifying, dissolving, and mixing. With the capacity to handle volumes from as little as 1 mL up to 12 litres, it supports both batch and in-line mixing, at flow rates reaching 20 litres per minute. The unit measures 51 x 30 x 93cm.
The Silverson L4R Lab Mixer operates at speeds of up to 8000rpm, with electronic speed control providing fine-tuned adjustments for optimal process control. The unit features an electrically powered lift mechanism, which allows for smooth vertical adjustment of the mixing head, with automatic stops at the top and bottom positions. Built primarily from stainless steel and finished with a durable white nylon coating, the mixer is robust and resistant to most laboratory environments.
