Description

The Dekomed Deko D32 C Washer/Disinfector is a compact and efficient solution for the cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments, hollowware, glassware, and more. Designed to exceed ISO 15883-1 and 15883-2 standards, it is ideal for use in medical, veterinary, and laboratory environments. It has a high-powered circulation pump, five rotating spray arms, and purpose-built racks. Together, these ensure thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including intricate designs. Customisable cycles offer flexibility, while fixed, pre-approved programs guarantee compliance with standard requirements. A range of disinfection temperatures and times ensures effective microbial reduction.

The unit’s ergonomic design includes a front-opening, gas-assisted door for easy loading and unloading, eliminating the need for transfer conveyors. Residual fluid is contained and cleaned automatically during each cycle. Meanwhile, the heat-insulated, double-glazed viewing window allows process monitoring. The DEKO D32 washer is built from high-grade AISI 304 and acid-proof AISI 316 stainless steel. It is robust, easy to clean, and built for continuous use. Advanced insulation reduces noise and heat, enhancing workplace comfort. The 7″ TFT LCD display provides real-time cycle monitoring, including temperature and pressure graphs, remaining process time, and batch numbers. Intelligent software offers service alerts and tracks performance data for maintenance follow-up.
