The system features nine acceleration rates and ten deceleration rates, providing precise control over centrifugation profiles. The temperature range spans from -10°C to +40°C, with a stability of ±2°C, ensuring consistent conditions for sensitive samples. The centrifuge also includes the Auto-Lock™ rotor exchange system, enabling fast and safe rotor changes without the need for tools.
The Multifuge can run for extended periods, supporting a maximum run time of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. Its timer settings include options such as count up, count down, set at start, and set at speed, offering flexibility depending on the experimental needs. The X4R Pro centrifuge is constructed using high-quality materials, including PC-ABS plastic painted with 2K PUR-based lacquer for the front, top, and sides. The metal housing is made of cold-rolled steel coated with powder paint, while the centrifuge bowl is fabricated from stainless steel, and the feet are made of rubber to minimise vibration.
