The QuantStudio 6 Flex Real-Time PCR System from Applied Biosystems facilitates real-time PCR based applications with an upgradable block selection. With a simplified workflow, intuitive software, and touch-screen interface, the QuantStudio system offers exceptional reproducibility.

With one instrument, you can interchange between 96-well, 96-well Fast, and 384-well formats. The intuitive software, easy touchscreen setup, and effortless block change are designed to let you get started right away. Detect as small as 1.5-fold changes in singleplex reactions and with a dynamic range of 10 logarithmic units. Simple workflows, reliable assays and reagents, multiple formats, and intuitive software are available for a broad range of applications, including gene expression, genetic variation, gene regulation, High Resolution Melt (HRM), and Protein Thermal Shift experiments.
