Description
The Labcaire PCR 6 Vertical Laminar Airflow Cabinet is designed for the production of PCR and other sterile samples without contamination. The work area has a HEPA filtered air down flow to provide minimum of CLASS 100 Air at a laminar velocity of approximately 0.4 m/sec.
This Labcaire PCR 6 is fitted with a timer controlled U.V. light for sterilising both the cabinet work-surface and equipment. A safety door is supplied to cover the work area whilst the Airflow Cabinet is being sterilised. Between usages simply place all pipettes, tubes and flasks into the cabinet then close the safety door and press the UV switch. After five minutes the UV light automatically switches off and all potentially decontaminating DNA and RNA are denatured.
Manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel, the removable work surface can be easily cleaned in the event of a spillage.
