This Gallenkamp vacuum oven is designed to be easy to use, with knobs to set the temperature and safety thermostat. The front of the unit has a simple pressure gauge, and valves for the air inlet and pump. Vacuum ovens are ideal for moisture analysis, or complete drying of a sample.
