Description
The FLUOstar Optima BMG Labtech is a versatile, multi-mode microplate reader designed for fluorescent, luminescent and absorbent measurements (including FRET and BRET) and is the ideal addition to any research, biotech or pharmaceutical laboratory. The microplate reader is equipped with 16-position filter wheels for both excitation and emission and top and bottom reading.
The unit can read up to 384-well plates in all detection modes and has a 1536-well plate capacity for fluorescent intensity measurements, perfect for a number of different experiments. The FLUOstar Optima BMG Labtech Microplate Reader has temperature control up to 45°C and has linear and orbital shaking capabilities, which allows for precise and reliable results. The absorbance capacity spans a wavelength of 240-740nm.
The Microplate Reader measures 49 x 44 x 29cm.
