Description
The BIO-TEK Synergy HT Microplate Reader operates as a single chanel absorbance and fluorescence reader, ideal for research and development laboratories. It has a dual optics design, allowing users to have two different reading modes without comprimising either cababilities, and is controlled completely by computer.
The reader has a variety of advanced features such as a 4-Zone temperature control from 4° over ambient to 50°C, top and bottom probes for fluorescent measurements, an absorbance range of 200 to 999nm, and internal plate shaking is also supported. The unit uses a tungsten quartz halogen lamp with interference filters when making fluorescent determinations and luminescence is measured by a low-noise PMT detector. The BIO-TEK Synergy HT supports of reading of 6 -, 12 -, 24 -, 48 -, 96 – and 384 – well microplates.
The unit measures 39 x 40 x 25 cm.
