Description

The Stuart UC152 is a reliable and user friendly laboratory hotplate stirrer. It has a compact, stackable design, making it ideal for use even in labs with limited bench space. The square heating plate allows flexibility of vessel sizes and combinations. The chemical-resistant glass ceramic hotplate measures 15 x 15 cm. The heated area is the inner 12 x 12 cm, meaning the outer edges remain cool for user safety. The white colour makes it ideal for use with titrations or other visible reactions. Additionally, the plate is glazed with BioCote for antimicrobial protection.

You can set the hotplate up to 450°Cm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Meanwhile, the stirring function can be set anywhere between 100 – 2000 rpm. The maximum recommended vessel size is 15 L (depending on the sample viscosity).
