Description

The Perkin Elmer Lambda 650 S is a highly sensitive UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Further, it is the only instrument in its class offering a true 150mm integrating sphere. The instrument has a modular design, enabling the user to ‘snap-in’ sample mounts, polarisers, detectors, etc. The large compartment space provides plenty of space to work, as well as fitting larger sample holders, if required.

The spectrophotometer features a wavelength range of 190 to 900 nm and employs a double beam, double monochromator setup with ratio recording. It utilises a SiO2-coated reflecting optical system alongside a holographic grating monochromator, achieving a resolution of ≤ 0.17 nm. The instrument’s stray light is minimal, at ≤ 0.0001 %T, and it offers a photometric range up to 6A. Its Universal Reflectance Accessory eliminates the need for alignment adjustments, and it boasts a spacious compartment size.
