Description

The Bio-Rad DNA Engine Dyad PTC0220 is a dual-bay Peltier thermal cycler that offers multi-block thermal cycling with superior thermal performance, ideal for running multiple protocols and accommodating multiple users. Featuring a dual alpha unit, each with 48 wells and independent controls, allowing different protocols to be run simultaneously in the same bay. As well as, a Moto Alpha unit that is equipped with a motorised heated lid and 96 wells, suitable for 0.2ml tubes or a 96 well-plate. The sample blocks are interchangeable.

The thermal cycler is user-friendly with a keyboard and point and click navigation, along with a high intensity graphical LCD display. It has a temperature range up to 105°C with a large memory capacity of up to 1,000 programs.
