Description
The Mettler Toledo LiquiPhysics RM40 Refractometer is a sophisticated instrument designed for precise measurements and ease of use. It operates within a temperature range of 5°C to 100°C, with a temperature resolution of 0.1°C, thanks to its built-in Peltier thermostat. The refractometer boasts a measuring range of 1.32 to 1.7 nD (0% to 85% BRIX, which can be extrapolated to 100%). The RM40 refractometer’s high measurement resolution of 0.00005 nD and 0.01 BRIX, ensures accurate results with a minimal sample volume of just 0.05 mL. Each measurement takes approximately 15 seconds to complete.
The device features automatic error detection and password protection, supporting up to 30 users for secure and efficient operation. Data handling is made convenient with compatibility for a compact strip printer (USB P-25) for CSV export via USB, and XML export via RS-232. The refractometer also includes one-click operation on 8 shortcuts and provides immediate QC results.
