With maximum operating speeds of up to 14,800 rpm, the Pico 21 can reach 21,000 x g in as little as 12 seconds. A bright LED screen clearly displays speed, time, and temperature, all easily adjustable via the user-friendly control panel. For chemical resistance, the engineered polymer rotors have been designed to minimise corrosion from aggressive reagents. Included with this microcentrifuge is a 24 x 1.5/2 ml rotor. The Pico 21 measures 35.2 x 24.3 x 22.5 cm approximately.
