The Sartorius MC-5 Micro Balance is a highly sensitive instrument used to measure extremely small masses. It has been specifically designed to be used in applications where even minute mass variations matter, such as pharmaceutical analysis, materials science and calibration work. The balance is composed of two main parts – a weighing unit and a separate control/display unit. This helps to protect the sample from heat and vibration interference from the control unit, ensuring more accurate results.
