The Monmouth Scientific Guardian MSCT1200 Class II Cabinet, perfect for use in microbiology and biotechnology facilities. Microprocessor control sets new standards for operators, environmental and product protection, together with low energy consumption and low noise levels.
The MSCT1200 Class II Cabinet incorporates digital low energy fans ensuring true laminar and turbulent-free air flow distribution throughout the chamber. This advancement results in lower noise levels, significantly lower energy usage and increased user comfort. Profiled air in-take grilles across the width of the cabinet ensures good air flow even with an operator in position, while the sectional stainless steel work surface allows quick and easy removal for cleaning or autoclaving.
Each MSC unit is supplied with full length electronic sliding toughened glass sash which closes in full when the cabinet is not in use or requires sterilization. To allow for cleaning of the glass, the front of the cabinet lifts up, thereby giving easy access to all internal surfaces.
The unique design and integration of the front screen, fan systems and control system means the cabinet offers excellent internal height of the work area, but gives a low overall height of the cabinet.
The MSC1200 Class II Cabinet features the Visionaire Touch Screen Control System. The Visionaire system also controls and monitors all other aspects of the unit’s operation and maintenance such as: Hours Run, Hours since last service, Service Dates and Intervals, UV Light Hours run, filter fitted dates and replacement product codes, commissioning date. Should any of the operating parameters not be met, it can notify the user by both audible and visual alarms.
An inbuilt UV light sterilises the entire working chamber. Fitted with a timer, the light on time and a delay time, you can easily program these to match your requirements.
