The LTE Qualivac 63 Vacuum Oven is a generously sized vacuum oven with a 63 litre capacity. Used for gentle drying, curing, and heat treatment of sensitive materials, the Qualivac 63 suits a wide range of industries, from research & development, pharmaceuticals, electronics and food manufacturing.
The Qualivac 63 features a robust stainless steel working chamber designed to withstand absolute vacuum. A toughened glass panel door allows the user to see clearly into the chamber. Four electrical heaters (one on each panel) work together to deliver uniform heat distribution and eliminate cold spots. For added safety, the oven incorporates an over-temperature cut-out. The unit reaches a maximum temperature of 100 °C, which users can easily set using the front-mounted control dial. To prevent accidental adjustments, the temperature dial and on/off switch sit securely behind a glass door. The oven includes three adjustable shelves, with an internal chamber measuring 45 × 35 × 40 cm. Externally, the stainless steel housing measures approximately 56 × 71 × 58 cm.
