The ChemoMetec NucleoCounter NC-200 allows automation of cell counting, reducing the chance of user error, and substantially speeding up the process. The NC-200 provides consistent cell counting and analysis. Intended for use with disposable Via1-Cassettes (not included).
Features of the ChemoMetec NucleoCounter NC-200
- Accurate detection of nuclei, using fluorescent dyes (pre-loaded in cassettes-not included). The detector analyses the images, recording the intensity and size of nuclei. By counting nuclei rather than whole cells, it reduces error from counting particles that do not include DNA.
- Use with primary cell cultures, whole blood samples, cell/magnetic bead mixtures, and other microbiology applications.
